Today is the best day ever to send out peace and love

Dear In Laws;

Every day I go swimming and I know how disjointed everything is, so what do I do?

I meditate on peace and love, peace and love, peace and love and joy and happiness, care and concern for Chicago, the county, the city, the world and the universe.

You know what?  I am so very glad that you always come over to see us for all holidays, birthdays, picnics and everything we do.  We are all linked together anyway and when you pray for another person, you link into them.  Of course it has to be good prayers for peace and love because the negativity is all thrown away.

I wish I could show you how beautiful you all are and how closely linked we all are.

Of course we all go thru difficult times, we have difficult childhoods of poverty, stress, and sometimes even violence and despair.  As Frank McCourt said about his miserable childhood--what good is a childhood if it ain't utterly miserable?!?!?!

BUT it does not matter in the long run (as long as you don't get stuck there).  That's the biggest problem, getting stuck there.  Not trusting people and not loving openly (like a little child does) again.

So just to announce it to the world.  You are prayed for you are cared for.

And when you don't come over, we just get together in dreamland.  We can have all the holidays we want together on the otherside at night.  That's why sleep is soooo refreshing and healthy--if you use it well, to get together with people having issues, to let them know they are loved and welcome.

Great stuff that sleep is.  I always wanted to know why we needed it, so I prayed and that came to me.

People are soooo crazy here because it's so easy to get swept up in fear and negativity and unhappiness, but that will all be over soon.

take care and much, much love.

JoAnne
